Where does Monnait ship?
We ship worldwide to over 40 countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
Where does Monnait ship from?
US orders ship from our warehouse in the United States. International orders ship from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80. Orders under $80 are subject to a flat shipping fee based on destination.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
- Prices are inclusive of taxes for shipments to the EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
- Duties are covered by Monnait — you will never receive an unexpected bill at your door.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery times vary by destination:

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves the warehouse.
Please note: Refused packages and those undeliverable due to incorrect address details will be refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping.
Returns
What's your return policy?
If you're not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition, including all original packaging.
A flat $8.97 repackaging fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return handling.
Not eligible for return:
- Solid gold pieces (10k and 14k) — these are handmade to order. Exchanges are available (see below).
- Customized or engraved items.
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I return an item?
- Contact us at hello@monnait.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll provide you with a return shipping address in your region.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, minus the $8.97 repackaging fee.
Exchanges
What's your exchange policy?
We encourage exchanges over returns — and we make it easy.
For gold vermeil and sterling silver pieces: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you a prepaid return label and ship your new size or style as soon as the original item is on its way back. No repackaging fee on exchanges.
For solid gold pieces (10k/14k): Because these are handmade, returns are not available — but exchanges for a different size are. Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange the swap. A sizing adjustment fee may apply depending on the piece.
