Lifetime Warranty

Every Monnait piece is warranted for life against manufacturing defects.

This means if your jewelry arrives with a flaw, or if a setting loosens, a clasp breaks, or a stone falls out during normal daily wear — we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship
• Loose or missing stones due to setting failure
• Broken clasps or closures under normal use
• Structural failure of the band, chain, or link

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, natural patina on gold vermeil over time)
• Damage from impact, chemicals, or improper care
• Loss or theft
• Modifications made by third-party jewelers

How to make a warranty claim

Email hello@monnait.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 48 hours with a resolution — typically a replacement shipped at no cost.
